 "The Houston Academy has made me into an incredible actor. The teachers focus on acting as an instrument, an instrument that is played by the actor himself. A true actor is constantly aware of his surroundings, he understands people, why they act and say certain things, and he accepts any given situation. Most importantly, a true actor will understand and discover new things about himself. I've learned so much since I've been with the Academy, I feel 100 times more professional and prepared for anything. I'm slowly living out my passion and it seems like forever until I reach my goals but with the right preparation, it's all worth it. Houston isn't a very big place for actors but if you're looking for conservatory style training this is the place to go! One important thing the Academy has taught me is that ‘you are enough.’" |
